Marketing Executive

Location: MHSP & Remote

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive supports the delivery of marketing strategy through high-quality content creation and hands-on execution of key marketing initiatives.

This role plays a critical part in bringing campaigns, communications, and digital activity to life, working closely with the Marketing & Commercial Operations Manager, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure consistent, engaging, and effective marketing output.

The position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented marketer with strong content skills and a passion for digital channels, campaign execution, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editorial Support

  • Support the creation of high-quality marketing content including:
    • Blog posts and thought leadership articles
    • Social media content (organic and campaign-driven)
    • Email campaigns (outbound and nurture sequences)
    • Website content updates and landing pages
    • Sales and marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate technical and product information into clear, compelling content
  • Support the development of consistent messaging aligned with brand tone and positioning
  • Assist in proofreading, editing, and maintaining quality standards across all marketing materials
  • Collaborate with design and content stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs

Marketing Execution & Performance

  • Own day-to-day management of social media channels, including planning, scheduling, posting, and engagement
  • Support execution of email marketing campaigns, including setup, testing, and performance tracking
  • Assist in PPC campaign execution (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn), including content creation, monitoring, and optimisation support
  • Maintain and update company profiles on digital directories (e.g. Gartner, G2)
  • Support SEO & GEO initiatives, including content optimisation and keyword alignment
  • Assist in updating and maintaining website content

Campaign & Initiative Support

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment across content and channels
  • Support audience segmentation and list building within CRM and marketing platforms to enable targeted, personalised campaigns
  • Assist with ABM initiatives, including LinkedIn outreach and campaign content
  • Contribute to partner marketing activities, including joint campaigns and co-branded content
  • Support delivery of webinars, including content preparation, promotion, and follow-up communications
  • Assist with PR and external communications, including advertorial content and editorial contributions

Requirements

-              2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B technology/software environment

-              Experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms

-              Working knowledge of SEO, PPC and social media channel management

-              Experience creating marketing content and supporting multi-channel campaigns Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) for basic asset creation

-              Experience in a regulated industry (nice to have)

-              Strong written communication and content creation skills

-              Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to different audiences

-              Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns and visuals

-              Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

-              Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
